PIN 25 Easy Healthy 30 Min Meals

You GUYS.

It’s the BUSY CRAZY HOLIDAY SEASON.

Ie. The season where there are so many parties, get-togethers and other events that it can be hard to find time to actually sit down and EAT DINNER!

You’re busy. I’m busy. If we’re being real with ourselves, who has time to COOK?!

Because of this, it’s the kinda season when we all need those “go to” easy 30 minute meals to get us through busy weeks. Something that is on the table, from start to finish, in 30 mins OR LESS!

Also some easy healthy 30 min meals that our families will actually eat without COMPLAINING ABOUT.

Really though, I feel like we need 30 minute dinners like this, liiike, ALL THE TIME RIGHT?

But, especially now.

Confession: since I cook things literally ALL DAY LONG, when it comes time to actually sit down to the table and keep my favorite human (Mr. FFF) alive with FOOD, I don’t usually actually WANT to cook anything. I just want to make my favorite oatmeal recipe with blueberry cheesecake swirl, munch it down and call it DONE.

I tried doing that once. I put a nice cozy-comfy steaming bowl of oatmeal in front of Mr.FFF at 6:00pm and well..

He did not approve of that life situation. AT ALL.

Which is where all these 30 minute recipes come in.

Here are 25 of my most favorite easy healthy 30 minute meals. That’s one for ALMOST every single day of the month! And, really, you should be going OUT for dinner sometimes – hello DATE NIGHT – so, it pretty much covers you for the WHOLE MONTH.
