You’ll be slurping up this Peach Milk all summer long. Refreshingly fruity and SO easy to make, the whole family will enjoy this treat!

Whether you’re a peach lover or just need a cool summer drink, this simple recipe will definitely make your day. Peach milk is a delightful spin on one of my childhood favorites, strawberry milk. The idea of pairing peaches and milk isn’t exactly new – it’s inspired by the classic combination of peaches and cream.

Peaches remind me of summer – that juicy sweetness just makes you think of long, sunny days. By blending them into milk, you get a creamy, hydrating, and fruity drink that celebrates all the best things about summer. Plus, it’s easy enough for anyone to make, even on a lazy summer afternoon. Not to mention, you get your servings of fruit WHILE you hydrate which is a win-win in my books!

I LOVE creating recipes with peaches- I have shared everything from Peach Breakfast Quinoa Chia Pudding to Peach Martinis With Raspberry. Peaches are sweet, summery, and oh-so-satisfying, so I am SURE that you and your crew will love this peach milk recipe. It’s cool, it’s creamy, it’s sweet and refreshing, and it’s the perfect summer sip! It’s also good in the middle of winter, by the way, when you miss the hot and sticky dog days of summer. Whip up a batch, turn up the heat, and sip away!

Is Peach Milk Healthy?

Absolutely! Peaches are not only juicy, flavorful, and delicious, but they also have quite a few health benefits. They are high in many vitamins, and packed with antioxidants, which are known to help fight aging and promote overall health. Not only that, but the natural sweetness of perfectly ripe peaches means you can enjoy a delicious, indulgent-tasting drink without a lot of added sugar.

This recipe can easily fit into a range of dietary preferences, too. If you use unsweetened almond or cashew milk, this peach milk can fit a keto or low-carb diet. It’s also perfect for anyone following a vegetarian diet, and it can be made vegan by simply choosing a plant-based milk and a non-refined sweetener like maple syrup or agave.

All About the Peaches

The star of this recipe is, of course, the peaches. Fresh, ripe peaches are recommended for the best flavor, but you can also use frozen or canned peaches if that’s what you have on hand. The key is to make sure they’re nice and ripe, so you get that signature sweetness. If your peaches are underripe, the flavor might not be as sweet and peachy, and you may need to add a little extra sweetener. And if you use canned, make sure they’re in fruit or light syrup, and drain them well.

Another fun thing about this recipe is that it doesn’t require anything too fancy! It’s as simple as peeling the peaches (or not), simmering the peaches with some sugar, letting them cool, and then blending them with cold milk. This simplicity is what makes this drink so accessible – and delicious!

How to make ahead and store

Once you’ve whizzed up this peach milk, store it in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last for up to 3 days but tastes best when enjoyed as soon as possible.

Serving Suggestions

Peach milk is a great drink all by itself, honestly. But you can also try it out with other peach-themed dishes. Could you even imagine how delicious it would be with a plate of Paleo Peach Cobbler? Or try serving it with a sweet slice of Peach Pie, or an afternoon after-school pick-me-up snack of corn chips with Peach Salsa or Peach Muffins. Regardless of its accompaniment, this drink is a refreshing, fruity, and versatile drink that fits in just about anywhere!
