This refreshing Peach Martini With Raspberry is perfect for summertime sipping!

Skinny Raspberry Peach Martini - An easy, sugar free martini with only 150 calories! Perfect for summer entertaining! | Foodfaithfitness.com | @FoodFaithFit

I see you in your fancy-person-Friday-night clothes, strutting up to the bar with your “shaken, not stirred” energy. But have you ever dared to order it shaken and stirred? I have. I strongly do not recommend, unless you are looking for the bartender’s “Are you okay?” eyes followed by an early cut-off. Not my finest hour.

Honestly, you should only attempt the shake-and-stir situation in the safety of your own kitchen, and only with this peach martini. It is a whole mood. Fresh muddled peaches, a bright splash of raspberry vodka, and a pop of sparkling seltzer to keep it light and fancy without even trying. The combo is sweet but not syrupy, fizzy but not in-your-face, and somehow just feels like summer packed into a glass. I learned the hard way not to shake anything carbonated unless you are into wearing your cocktails, but muddling and stirring is pure gold.

And let’s be real. This is the drink you make after hosting “those people” who require goat cheese appetizers, white wine pasta, and your absolute best impersonation of someone who has their life together. After you have cleaned the goat cheese off your countertops and folded up your fake adult self, you make this martini. It is five easy minutes to fabulous.

Is This Peach Martini With Raspberry Healthy?

It’s a cocktail, and like all cocktails and alcoholic beverages, it should be enjoyed responsibly and in moderation. But you will at least get some vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber from those fresh raspberries and peaches! Hey, a win is a win.

Of course, you could always make this zero-proof for those who don’t drink alcohol. Just swap out the booze for extra seltzer or peach juice.

Muddling Matters

I love it when a cocktail calls for muddling because it makes me feel fancy. But muddling is not just a fancy bartending trick. This is a technique that extracts juice and essential oils (read: mega flavor) out of the fruits, herbs, or whatever else you’re muddling. This leaves you with a potent way to infuse your drink with flavor and/or sweetness without having to reach for sugar or syrups.

Can I Prep This Ahead?

You can muddle the peaches and mix the vodka and schnapps a few hours ahead. But overall, this is a cocktail best enjoyed fresh. The seltzer should be added right before you are ready to drink so you don’t lose all the bubbles.

Serving Suggestions

I love to serve this peach martini with some light, chic appetizers that really match the elegant vibe. My favorites are Prosciutto And Melon, Bacon-Wrapped Dates, and a simple Caprese Salad.

Prep: 5 minutes minutes
Total: 5 minutes minutes

Ingredients

  • Organic cane sugar optional, for rimming the glass
  • 2 ounces raspberry vodka plus extra for rimming the glass
  • 2 small fresh peaches diced
  • 2 ounces peach schnapps
  • 4 ounces lemon-lime flavored sparkling seltzer water
  • Frozen raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Optional step: Rim the glasses. Pour some raspberry vodka into a shallow plate. You need just enough to cover the bottom. Pour some cane sugar into a separate shallow bowl. Place each martini glass upside down into the vodka until it coats the rim. Then, place the rim of the martini glass into the sugar, gently turning until coated. Shake off any excess and repeat with the remaining glass. Set aside.
  • Place the diced peaches into a martini shaker and muddle until very broken down and juicy.
  • Add the raspberry vodka and peach schnapps. Place the lid on and shake hard.
  • Strain the mixture between the martini glasses, until each is about 1/2 full. You may need to shake the martini shaker around every so often to move the peaches around and get more juice out.
  • Pour 2 ounces of the lemon-lime flavored seltzer water into each glass and gently stir.
  • Garnish with frozen raspberries, if desired, and enjoy.
