Just letting you know this easy bowl of yumminess is sponsored by my friends over at Mann’s!
This easy honey lime chicken only uses 3 ingredients and is ready in 15 minutes! It’s a healthy, protein packed and gluten free addition to your next dinner!
OH HELLO THERE.
You look like a really hungry person who wants to eat delicious food, but has about Z-E-R-O time to, you know, COOK IT.
Well, my busy little friend, let me just fix ALL of your life’s problems today. Like, in this very MOMENT.
Side note: I might have lied about ALL your life’s problems. I mean, you might still accidentally overbake some oatmeal breakfast bars OR still have a bad hair day at some point in your life.
But, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
Back to solving MOST of your life problems.
Let’s just put our imagination-hats on and imagine together that moment when you get home from working SUPER HARD all day long. <– Really. Who invented adulting?
No paleo cookies for that person. Not EVEN if they fall victim to your maybe-still-might-happen-burning-baked-goods-shenanigans.
You’re tired and HANGRY. Not even “hungry.” You, my peep, are just straight up HANGRY. Do we really even have to use our imagination-hats for this? Something deep inside myself tells me that we’re talkin’ about TRU REAL LIFE FACTS HERE.
[Tweet “A Nourish Bowl w/ Honey Lime Chicken is a delicious, #healthy dinner in 15 mins! @VeggiesMadeEasy”]You know that you SHOULD cook something all nourishing and wholesome and good-4-you, but that microwave TV dinner lasagna (GASP) sounds just SO MUCH EASIER.
Don’t DO IT. You KNOW that box is not filled with cheesy deliciousness. It’s all LIES and DISSAPOINTMENT.
And really upset tummies.
You guys. You are going to be RLY RLY excited about the new Nourish Bowls from Mann’s! You remember the Black Bean Power Burgers right? Mann’s KNOWS how to make veggies deeeelish!
Just like you MIGHT have picked up from the name, they truly are bowls of nourishing-food that taste, liiike, REALLY good to your feed-me-now-just-worked-all-day self.
Key point: You only need to microwave them for 3 MINUTES and – BOOM – healthy dinner is ready to be shoveled into your good-food-loving mouth PRONTO.
Also note: it’s in a bowl. DO you remember the slow cooker mango chicken and sweet potato bowls? We DEFINITELY discovered that food in bowls > food on a PLATE.
Now, we need to get into the real talk about what is inside these bowls, because “healthy deliciousness” doesn’t’ tell you THAT MUCH. Mann’s Nourish bowls come in 4 SUPER YUM flavors: Monterey Risotto (ohhh you faaancy,) Smokehouse Brussels (love me some sprouts,) Sesame Sriracha (spicyyyyy,) and Southwest Chipotle (my fav!)
Each bowl is compl-EAT with fresh veggies, grains AND sauce. All of that. One bowl. 30 minutes.
YUMMMAYY.
You can totally eat these by themselves, OR you could be an overachiever and serve them with a little protein action on the sides – chicken, tofu, a little shrimp-y seafood action, WHATEVER.
I’m personally SO down with a bowl-only meal after a long day of recipe-testing-don’t-wanna-cook-dinner but, if I tried to feed the huborama a bowl of veggies-only?
There might be some “I am MAN, I NEED MEAT” hostility. You know.
So, I made him (and you!) a SUPER EASY grilled chicken marinade that has only 3 ingredients: tangy lime juice, sticky-sweet honey and a pop of spicy habanero hot sauce!
Spicy! Sweet! Tangy! <– This easy chicken has it ALL.
And you know what?
It tastes REALLLLY yummy alongside a bowl mish mashed together with yumminess in the form of black beans, corn, sweet potato, cauliflower, kohlrabi, kale AND CHEESE.
Which all just magically happen to be the heavy hitters of the Southwest Chipotle Nourish Bowl.
I think you know what to do.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Green pepper hot sauce such as Tabasco
- 1 tsp Honey
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 8 oz Chicken breast
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, up to the chicken.
- Place the chicken breast into the bowl and stir around to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours - to overnight (the longer the better!)
- Rub a grill with olive oil and heat to medium heat.
- Grill the chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10-12 minutes total, flipping once half way through.
- Transfer to a plate, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and DEVOUR alongside 2 Southwest Chipotle Nourish Bowls!
