Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon green pepper hot sauce such as tabasco
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 8 ounces chicken breast
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, up to the chicken.
- Place the chicken breast into the bowl and stir around to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight.
- Rub your grill grates with olive oil and heat to medium heat.
- Grill the chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10-12 minutes total, flipping once half way through.
- Transfer to a plate, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice, serve as desired, and DEVOUR.
