I’ve backpacked through Cornwall, complete with full English breakfasts and clotted cream. Befriended by a world class Bavarian chef, he rightly accused me of eating my way around the world. I am constantly researching novel pescetarian or vegan methods of preparing tried and true favorites. I’ve hosted numerous social gatherings for my (very) large family.
