I have over 10 years of experience writing in a wide array of industries, from food to fashion, aviation to industrial lighting, interior design to non profits. Much of my work has been featured in Akron Life magazine, a local print lifestyle publication, where I served as an Editorial Associate for four years and continue as a freelance contributor. This work lets me flex my interview skills while celebrating the diverse weirdness of my beloved hometown.
My favorite types of writing focus on people and food—whether it’s a profile of a CEO or a play-by-play of an attempt at cooking a new recipe. I also work with a few local authors, helping them compile, complete, or elevate their book manuscripts.
