The thought of cake RIGHT NOW just gives me the wiggly gigglies and gets me all excited in a taste-bud-u-lar-kind of way that, well, only taste buds can understand.
I basically just divulged the contents of this WHOLE recipe in the first .005 seconds of the post. What the heck am I going to natter at you about now?
But, you know me, I can always find something. WINK WINK NUDGE NUDGE.

Judging by the things that my fingers are typing, and that my brain is clearly thinking about, we should probably not natter about things un-related to this mug cake. I couldddd tell you my McDonalds Ice Cream Story.

Yes. I made and tested this recipe 10 times in the span of 1 HOUR. That, you guys, is a lot of cake eat-age.
It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. Don’t say I don’t look out for you.
But, it was worth it because this mug cake? It ain’t got that spongey-mug-cake-trying-to-be-real-cake-but-failing-miserably-thang that most mug cakes got going on.
It’s moist, soft, FLUFF-AY and has protein, whole-wheatness and general good-for-your-body-and-soul qualities.
