Try these juicy, flavor-packed Air-Fryer Boneless Pork Chops for a quick and easy weeknight dinner that feels anything but ordinary!

When it comes to a home-cooked meal, there’s nothing I find more satisfying than a dish that comes together quickly but tastes like it took hours to prepare. I still remember the first time I tried cooking pork chops in my air fryer—it was a rushed Saturday afternoon, and I needed something fast but delicious for a neighborhood barbeque. I tossed a few spices into a bowl, coated my pork chops, and let my air fryer take it from there. The result? Perfectly crisped pork chops with juicy centers and a spicy aroma that wraps around your kitchen like a warm hug.
These air-fryer boneless pork chops are a new-and-improved version of my early experiments. This recipe features the deep, savory warmth of paprika and the familiar comfort of onion and garlic powder. With just a dash of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, these pork chops will take the word “bland” right out of your vocabulary.
Are you looking for an easy-to-prep dish that presents like a fine dining experience? Or are you looking for a way to prepare pork chops without the hassle of dealing with ovens or frying pans? Whatever you’re looking for, I can almost guarantee that you’ll find it in this air-fryer pork chops recipe.

Paprika’s surprising origin story
Paprika might be a familiar face in most modern spice racks, but the history of this flavor is anything but mundane. The roots of this story trace back to peppers native to Central and South America as far back as the 16th century. When these peppers were brought back to Europe, they became especially popular in Spain and Hungary. It was in these countries that the peppers were transformed into what is now known as paprika. In Hungary, paprika is an essential component of dishes like goulash and chicken paprikash. In Spain, paprika is a popular ingredient in dishes such as chorizo and patatas bravas. These days, paprika is a spice that’s well-known in most modern kitchens. But the bold and vibrant flavors of this spice connect each dish to a culinary legacy that’s equal parts vibrant and delicious.

How do I store leftovers?
If your pork chops haven’t all disappeared by the end of the meal, you’ll want to store them carefully to preserve flavor and texture. I recommend placing your leftover pork chops into an airtight container and storing them in the fridge for 3-4 days. If you prefer to store your leftovers for longer, you can also freeze your pork chops for up to 2-3 months. Before enjoying frozen pork chops, make sure to let them defrost in the fridge overnight. You can then heat up your pork chops in the air fryer or the oven until warmed through.

Serving suggestions
These air-fryer boneless pork chops pair well with a wide variety of side dishes and mains. If you’re looking to add some veggies to your meal, why not pair your pork chops with a side of Oven-Roasted Vegetables or Air-Fryer Zucchini And Squash? Personally, I have a weakness for pork chops served with a potato dish. I’d recommend pairing your pork chops with Mini Baked Potatoes, Broiled Potatoes, or Grilled Potatoes.
