Are banana orange smoothies good for you
Banana orange smoothies can be a nutritious and tasty option for a snack or breakfast. Bananas are a good source of potassium, fiber, and vitamins C and B6, while oranges are a good source of vitamin C and fiber. When blended with protein powder, they can make a healthy and satisfying smoothie.
It’s important to keep in mind, however, that the nutritional value of a smoothie can vary depending on the ingredients and the amounts used. To make sure your smoothie is as healthy as possible, try to use fresh, whole ingredients and limit the amount of added sugar or sweeteners.

Dream sickle, cream sickle orange yummy-ness but I totally do not like bananas in my smoothies! I used to own a Smoothie Bar ( sold it to take care of mom who had cancer or it would still be going) but never could get to liking bananas in my own smoothies. What besides protein do YOU use for creaminess? French vanilla smoothies are my absolute favorite but Dreamsickle is the next!!!

I use banana or avocado! I really don’t think avocado would work in this one though!
