- 2 tsp Swerve sweetener
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted + additional for cooking
- 2 large eggs
