ASSETS: Recipe development, food photography, sponsored video, sponsored post, social media promotion
PROJECT: Amoretti was launching their new product packaging, and wanted to bring awareness to some of their less-known products, like their hazelnut flour. The recipe was to go live close to Christmas so, knowing everyone is very familiar with the classic Ginger Snap, I create a unique remake of the iconic Christmas cookie that had chocolate and hazelnut – a combination that everyone loves! Amoretti was also interested in a recipe video, which I created to explain the product in further detail, why I love it, and why I know my audience would love it. This recipe video also helped highlight the new packaging, and made their hazelnut flour more approachable, as my audience could actually see it in action.

CLIENT: Better Body Foods
ASSETS: Recipe development, food photography, sponsored post, social media promotion
PROJECT: Better Body Foods wanted to focus on one of their best-selling products, their PB Fit Powdered Peanut Butter, and asked me to create a recipe with it. I went with chocolate and peanut butter, as it’s a combination that everyone knows and loves, so I knew that they would be able to identify with it. I also made the recipe vegan to accommodate the rising number of people adopting this diet. Additionally, I was able to incorporate 3 other Better Body Food’s products within the recipe, to really place the focus on the client with this recipe.

CLIENT: Udi’s Gluten Free
ASSETS: Recipe development, food photography, sponsored post, social media promotion
PROJECT: Udi’s Gluten Free wanted a recipe to showcase how you can live without gluten, but still enjoy all of your favorite foods and treats. The recipe was set to go live a week before Easter so, knowing that many people LOVE carrot cake, I decided to create a recipe so that people with gluten intolerance could still enjoy their favorite flavor. Not only was this carrot cake cheesecake gluten free, it was also vegan and paleo friendly which means that people with MANY types of allergies could still get their favorite, spicy-sweet carrot cake taste during the holiday.

CLIENT: Love With Food
ASSETS: Recipe development, food photography, sponsored post, social media promotion
PROJECT: Love With Food wanted me to help spread the word about their gluten free snack box subscription service, but to also show how you can think “outside of the box” and turn the snacks into an easy recipe. I used two of their snacks (powdered peanut butter and kettle corn chips) and turned them into a seasonally-appropriate snack that takes only 20 minutes to make and requires no baking. Both plant-based recipes and anything pumpkin are very popular right now, so I wanted to keep these things in mind to create something that would be successful.

CLIENT: Sargento Cheese
ASSETS: Recipe development, food photography, sponsored post, social media promotion
PROJECT: Sargento wanted to raise awareness about their “Chopped At Home Challenge” which required fans to submit recipes that were based around a few select ingredients. They enlisted the help of some bloggers, gave us the same “basket ingredients” and challenged us to make the most creative recipe that we could think of. Knowing that cauliflower pizza recipes are very popular right now, I decided to use their ingredients to turn the trendy dinner staple into something that you could eat for breakfast. If we’re honest, everyone knows pizza for breakfast is delicious! Additionally, choosing a pizza recipe was the perfect way to highlight the product and make the cheese the star of the show.

CLIENT: Driscoll’s Berries
ASSETS: Recipe development, food photography, sponsored post, social media promotion
PROJECT: Driscoll’s wanted to celebrate blueberry month, but also highlight their other fresh berries, with a recipe that was perfect for summer entertaining. I created a stunning layer cake that would be perfect to feed a crowd, but uses 2 different Driscoll’s berries. There are blueberries inside the cake and raspberries were blended in with coconut cream to frost the cake. Fresh versions of both berries were used as garnish to highlight their beauty and keep them as the focus.
