Ordinary Oreos? No thanks. Spice up your life with these luscious Chocolate-Covered Oreos!

Get ready to indulge in a sweet treat that I think takes the classic Oreo to a whole new level! Creamy, dreamy Oreos lovingly enveloped in rich, velvety chocolate, then adorned with colorful sprinkles and melted white chocolate. Not only does that sound delicious, but so cute as well! These would be perfect on the dessert table at a party, or honestly just when you’re craving a treat (because who needs an excuse?).

I’ve made these chocolate-covered Oreos for countless celebrations, and they’re guaranteed to bring smiles to all who enjoy them. Grab your ingredients, unleash your creativity, and let’s make my favorite chocolate-covered goodness!

Are Chocolate-Covered Oreos Healthy?

It’s no surprise that chocolate-covered Oreos are not the healthiest dessert out there. It’s important to remember to enjoy them as an indulgent treat rather than a staple in your diet. With a high amount of carbs, sugar, and saturated fat, they’re certainly rich and decadent. But they do provide a smile with every bite, and I say that is also important for a balanced diet. It’s perfectly okay to indulge every now and then!

Ingredients for Chocolate-Covered Oreos: Oreo cookies, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vegetable oil, sprinkles, and melted white chocolate.

What Else Can I Dip In Chocolate?

If you love the idea of chocolate-covered Oreos, you’ll be excited to know that the possibilities for chocolate-dipped delights are nearly endless! Try dipping fresh strawberries for a classic combination that’s both elegant and delicious. Or, give pretzel rods a sweet and salty twist! Marshmallows also make a fantastic treat when dipped in ooey, gooey chocolate. You could also snag some packaged Rice Krispies Treats for a nostalgic treat to transport you back to your childhood. Get creative and let your imagination run wild—there’s no wrong way to enjoy chocolate!

How to make ahead and store

Chocolate-covered Oreos can be stored in an airtight container on the counter or in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks. To prevent the chocolate from melting, keep them away from sunny spots in your home.

Serving Suggestions

Chocolate-covered Oreos are perfect just on their own. But if you’re looking for extra creativity, I got you! Chocolate-covered Oreos would make a great cake topper, whether on a birthday cake or a homemade cheesecake. You could also serve your cookies with a side of ice cream! Or maybe even a milkshake if you’re feeling fancy.
