I wanted to pop in to talk about perfection and give you some practical take aways to help deal with it!

In this video, I talk about 2 important questions to ask yourself when you’re dealing with perfection:

  1. Why do I feel the need to be perfect in this area?
  2. 2. What has striving for this perfection brought to my life?

I talk WAY more about this in my book, “Eat The Cookie” since the whole book is about breaking down perfectionism so you can see yourself the way that God wants!
