A speedy cookie dough dip that satisfies your sweet tooth while keeping things light and packed with protein!

If I could eat cookie dough every day of my life, I would absolutely make that happen. While I was at university, my favorite local ice cream brand released mini bags of frozen cookie dough balls (egg-free and safe to eat, of course), but they were too expensive on my tight budget, so I would wait until they went on sale, then I would buy the whole shelf. After a few months of this, I had a constant supply of this treat, and I only had to say goodbye to it when I graduated and moved cities!

If you’re a cookie dough lover just like me but you want a lighter, protein-packed twist, this single-serve cookie dough dip is your dream snack! With creamy Greek yogurt as the base, rich peanut butter, and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips, it delivers all the nostalgic flavors of cookie dough without the refined sugars and risk of raw ingredients like egg and flour.

Whether you’re enjoying it as a post-workout treat, a midday pick-me-up, or even a dessert for one, this dip is endlessly satisfying. Best of all, it comes together in minutes, making it a fantastic option for those busy days when you’re craving something sweet yet nourishing!

Is This Single-Serve Cookie Dough Dip Healthy?

With Greek yogurt as its star ingredient, you’re getting a good dose of protein, probiotics, and calcium in every bite. The natural peanut butter provides healthy fats to keep you full, while the monk fruit or stevia adds sweetness without spiking your blood sugar. This recipe is an excellent option for anyone looking to maintain their low-sugar diet while enjoying a proper treat.

It’s important to note that regular cookie dough is not safe to eat, so if you’re looking to adapt this recipe, please make sure you are making cookie dough that doesn’t include raw eggs or untreated flour, as these can pose food safety risks.

If you’re looking to make your cookie dough dip even healthier, I recommend swapping the mini chocolate chips for cacao nibs to reduce added sugars. Additionally, you can experiment with non-dairy yogurt to make this recipe vegan-friendly and suitable for those who are lactose intolerant.

Go Wild With The Toppings!

This recipe is as versatile as it is delicious. Want to mix up the flavors? Try swapping out the peanut butter for almond butter or cashew butter for a nutty twist. For a fruity variation, add a spoonful of mashed banana or diced strawberries to the yogurt. You could even stir in a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg into the cookie dough for a cozy, spiced cookie dough vibe.

The dip is also perfect for pairing with other goodies. Serve it with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping, or layer it into a parfait with granola for a more indulgent snack. If you’re feeling adventurous, stir in crushed freeze-dried fruit, toasted coconut, or a handful of chopped nuts to customize your creation even further.

How To Make Ahead And Store

You can prepare the cookie dough portion and mix-ins ahead of time, storing them separately. Just combine everything right before serving for the freshest taste and texture. Store the yogurt and the cookie dough in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Serving Suggestions

There are so many ways you can take your cookie dough dip to the next level! For starters, this dip will always go well with a Fruit Salad. For slightly firmer ingredients that are ideal for dipping, I love to make my own Healthy Ginger Snaps, these Vegan Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies, or some Key Lime Pie Cookies. And if you’ve got any leftover cookie dough, try making these Cookie Dough Vegan Banana Ice Cream Bars, some Cookie Dough Energy Bites, or this Cookie Dough Banana Ice Cream.
