Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit or stevia
- 1 single-serve container Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips divided
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir the peanut butter and sweetener together until well mixed. Add in 1 teaspoon of the Greek yogurt and stir until a thick, cookie dough-like mixture forms. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of the chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough into small balls and stir into the container of Greek yogurt.
- Top with the remaining chocolate chips and enjoy!
