Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit or stevia
  • 1 single-serve container Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips divided

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir the peanut butter and sweetener together until well mixed. Add in 1 teaspoon of the Greek yogurt and stir until a thick, cookie dough-like mixture forms. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of the chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into small balls and stir into the container of Greek yogurt.
  • Top with the remaining chocolate chips and enjoy!
