Hiya Sunday friends!

Sunday Reflections - Thoughts on what God has been teaching me throughout the week! | Foodfaithfitness.com | @FoodFaithFit

Today is going to be REALLY SUPER SHORT (and not like when I say it’s short and its 109032943 words) because I am on VACATION!

My (twin!) brother and sister-in-law and Mr. FFF and I are spending a couple’s weekend in Portland. Aaaand, I truly need a break, so this post? SHORT AND SWEET.

I realized we don’t really talk about one of the simplest things that we can do here on these Sunday posts: pray for each other.

So, I have a few prayer requests that I thought I could display for the whole-wide world to see. Because that’s not scary at all…

Anyway. Here are my top 4 prayer requests:

  1. Just for this trip. I am obviously nervous about all the food that we are going to eat. But, I want to focus on the memories I am creating, and not the calories I am consuming.
  2. Rest or energy or SOMETHING. I am working on some behind-the-scenes stuff here on FFF and, although it’s almost done, it’s been A LOT OF WORK. I’m tired. I either need to figure out how to rest more, or get another burst of energy.
  3. The obvious food issues that I struggle with. If you’ve read any other Sunday reflections, you know this needs no explanation
  4. Future guidance. Mr. FFF is trying to go back to school next year (which means I will be the only income for 3 years- AHH!) and he got an interview at his D-R-E-A-M school in St. Louis. We fly out August 31. Prayer that he would get accepted would be AWESOME. BUT, also prayer that, if he does not, that we could be okay with that and know that God just has a better school out there for him.

NOW, I want to be praying for you!

So, leave your prayer requests (if you are brave enough!) in the comments!

Have a great rest of your day. I’m probably eating food….and trying not to worry about it. <3
