Do each workout for each letter of your name! A simple, quick and effective workout with no equipment needed!
It’s workout time!
And guess what?
The ONLY thing that you need to complete this workout is A NAME.
Which, liiiike, I’m PRETTY SURE that you have!
It’s pretty straight forward. Basically, spell your name and do each thing on the list for each letter of your name.
So, I would do T= 10 Push ups, A=50 Jumping jacks, Y= 15 Crunches, L= 20 Crunches (my abs are sore already) O=10 Tricep dips and R= 20 Mountain climbers.
If your name is short, or if you’re an over-achiever, you can do the workout for 2 rounds…or MORE if you REALLY want to over achieve!
