So, grab your protein smoothie because our rich, brownie-RIGHT-NOW is made of good-for-you carbs in the form of sticky-sweet, PERFECTLY chewy dates and honey with a mish-mash of juicy, fruity-FRESH raspberries.
There’s also a FEW almonds in there for the YUM factor, but not enough to halt that refueling process. Don’t worry, I got YO’ BACK.

Raw Single Serving Brownie with Raspberries
This no-bake single serving brownie is low fat, ready in 5 mins and has a secret, muscle-building ingredient! The perfect post workout snack or anytime treat!
- 1 Tbsp Slivered almonds (5g)
- 2 Tbsp Dates, roughly chopped (25g or about 3 large dates)
- 1 Package Qurr Toned Chocolate Raspberry Powder
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Honey, divided
- 1 Tbsp Raspberries
In a SMALL food processor (mine is 3 cups) process the almonds until crumbly. Add in the dates and process until broken down and a crumble mixture forms.
Add in the Qur powder, along with the cocoa powder and blend until combined. Add in 1/2 tsp of the honey and blend until a sticky, crumble dough forms.
Line 1 muffin cavity from a muffin pan with parchment paper. Press the crumbly dough in, really packing it in tight.
In a small bowl, mash together the remaining 1/2 tsp of honey with the raspberries and spread on top.
Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, if desired (it makes it a little more chewy.)
