With a dusting of cheese and sprinkling of garlic, these Air-Fryer Garlic And Parmesan Chicken Wings are ready to kick off the party!

I’ve been known to throw one or two legendary parties in my day. It’s not because I’m so charming, though I’d like to think so. At the risk of tooting my own horn, I’m a darn good cook. I go above and beyond when it comes to food. You wouldn’t find store-bought snacks at my shindigs. People know they’ll get quality eats. I’m not talking about fancy apps like shrimp cocktails and steak tartare on crackers, though. Everything is made from scratch. And at the heart of every good party spread were my wings.
With my wings I go “above and beyond,” because I like some variety. Heck, I lay out so many types of chicken wings, the local pubs call me up to see if I have extra. Okay, that’s a bit of an exaggeration.
Typically, I phase out old wing recipes for newer twists so I can try something different. Variety is the spice of life, as they say. However, there is a recipe I’ll never remove from my app set list—these air-fryer chicken wings. Seasoned with aromatic garlic and zesty Parmesan, these wings turn out succulent and perfectly crispy. Exactly what a wing should be!
Are These Air-Fryer Garlic And Parmesan Chicken Wings Healthy?
The nutritional benefits of chicken wings are nothing to brag about, improved only slightly with the inclusion of the celery and carrot sticks. These wings, however, are at least cooked in an air fryer instead of fried. Plus, they aren’t smothered in a messy, sugar-laden sauce that you end up tasting more than the chicken. Moreover, it’s a low-carb dish.

What Are “Party” Wings?
They are the wings that know when to let loose and have fun—that’s why I have them for dinner so often. See what I did there? No? Well, that’s why I’m not a stand-up comic.
It may be easier to explain what “party” wings aren’t than what they are. Party wings are your typical assortment of wings minus the tips. That leaves the drumettes and the flats (a.k.a. the wingettes or mid-sections). Apparently, the tips are a drag and really sour the mood at gatherings. Who knew? With them out of the way, that leaves more sauce and seasoning for the drumettes and wingettes. You may realize at this point that party wings are tasty, indulgent wings—all killer, no filler, like any good party.

How Do I Store Leftovers?
Let the wings cool, then store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in your air fryer at 300°F for 3 minutes. To freeze them, lay all the wings out on a cookie sheet. Once they’re frozen solid, put them in a freezer-safe bag. They should keep for up to 3 months.
