Hiya Sunday peeps!
I hope you’re having a nice day of rest! We’re off to church this morning but I wanted to super-quick tell you about TWO podcasts that I was on last week!
You MAY have already heard about these on Instagram but, just in case you didn’t, I just wanted to give you the heads up.
You know, in case you feel like listening to my little-girl voice talk for an hour or so.
I realize they aren’t “reflections” but I don’t always have stuff to say to you every other week, and these talk about my food struggles, and working on my relationship with God, through those. So, they work 🙂
So, first up I was on the “Finding Joy” Podcast with my girlfriend Lauren from the blog “Making Life Sweet” (which you totally need to check out!)
Lauren’s podcast is a faith-based podcast, so the majority of our conversation does revolve around my battle with anorexia, working through that, learning to rely on God through that, and where I am today. We talk about social media today, and how it’s so hard and all that good stuff!

Podcast number two “The Lifting Revolution” Podcast put on by my gal pal Taylor (name twins!) It touches on a lot of the same things as the first podcast, but we do go into more talk about other things, like photography, blogging etc.

I hope you enjoy these and maybe find some inspiration, or hope or SOMETHING through them! 🙂
Happy Sabbath! <3

Thanks so much for sharing these, I’ve just gotten into podcasts lately and I really love them! I’ll have to listen to “Finding Joy” first. 🙂 And I’m sure you don’t have a little girl voice haha!

Such a JOY to have you on my podcast dear friend! You are beautiful INSIDE & OUT!
P.S. I haven’t forgotten about sending you a book preview … it’s been a bad couple of days and I’ve been resting like crazy.
