These Mini Mint white Chocolate Cheesecakes have a gluten free brownie crust and 2 kinds of chocolate. Only 150 calories!
You guys. Last night I had one of the worst dreams EVER.
And, no, it was NOT induced by our new found addiction to “American Horror Story.”
It was 2 am and Mr. Huberoni shook me awake and was all “WHAT’S WRONG?!”
I said “what are you talking about?” He proceeded to tell me that I was whimpering so loud that it woke him up.
You know what I was dreaming about? Well, I am going to tell you.
In dreamland, I was an exchange student in Venezuela, living with an adorable little family. Well, they were adorable until I found out that they had NO INTERNET.
I remember freaking out in my dream because how would I work?! How would I Pinterest? My life was over.
Of course when I explained to Mr. FFF that I “HAD NO INTERNETZ” he signed, rolled over and went back to sleep.
These are the problems of someone who works from home. Boogeyman? He’s got nothin’ on me. Crazy murderous bunnies (recurring dreams of my childhood. Don’t ask) I CAN TAKE EM’.
But, no computer? W-A-H-H-H-H-H.
Are you judging me? It’s ok. I will totally allow it.
Sidenote: Do you have any insane dreams that make no sense whatsoever? SHARE SHARE SHARE. Please. 🙂
Now that you have been welcomed into the inner depths of my subconscious, and are probably about the click that little “x” on the top right of your screen (DON’T!) let me woo you back into okay-maybe-I’ll-stay-here-for-awhile-land with some white chocolate cheesecake.
But not just any white chocolate cheesecake.
Double Chocolate mint gluten free cheesecake WITH avocado brownies bottom. That is only 150 calories to be exact.
I know. You’re basically glued the screen right now.
Ya’ll loved the pumpkin mini cheesecake recipe ALL THE MUCH, so I decided to give you a version that you can eat for Christmas. Because it’s November now ya’ll.
The gourd days (like dog days, minus the dog) of Pumpkin are over. Let’s make it RAINNNN Christmas up in hur.
Okay. Calming down.
Except, I am not really. How can you calm down in the face of a creamy, minty-fresh (not like tootpaste) mini white chocolate cheesecake.
You can’t. Instead you should do a get-in-my-belly-double-chocolate-cheesecake-dance. I’m totally doing one right now.
Don’t picture that.
I just have to tell you, and I’m not proud of my husband’s nutrition choices every so often, but Mr. FFF had 7 of these. At once. For dinner. And then I asked him if we should bring the leftovers to our apartment office.
He picked up the tray and ran off.
Basically, they’re so good that they turn grown men into weird-little-white chocolate cheesecake-stealing-gnomes.
He must never know that I called him a gnome. This a safe space. What is said here does not leave, capeesh?
How-ev-er, now I am going to release you from the post so that you can make the like my husband-gnome-creature and run away to Julies Eats and Treats to steal the Mini White Chocolate Cheesecake recipe!

Haha – You are adorable Taylor! So are these Mini White Chocolate Cheesecakes! I don’t blame your heberoni for becoming a little Cheesecake stealing gnome – I would have probably done the same thing!
No internetz is a nightmare indeed! I had one – but it wasn’t when I was sleeping – it was when I woke up this morning and realized it wasn’t Saturday!!! waaaaaaaaaaaaah! I wish I had some of these cheesecakes to make me feel all better…with them being only 150 calories – I would outbeat Mr. FFF by eating “eleventy million” of these! Heck yeah!
Taylor Kiser says
You guys totally could have gnomed it up together 😉
HAHA! That is the worst right?!?! I wish you had some cheesecakes to make up for it too! Thanks friend!

No Internet! That would be a nightmare… not sure what I would do without my internet but these cheesecakes might help and I would eat the whole batch… Pinning and stumbling.
Taylor Kiser says
Thank you SO much for the love and pin! Glad I am not the only one with internet-lacking fears!
Kelly+-+LEFT+SIDE+OF+THE+TABLE says
Hahah you crack me up girrrrl. But really, no pinterest. No life at all. Legit panic mode. These cheesecakes are SO pretty. Would be great for a holiday party! Thanks, Taylor 🙂

Sometimes no internet is so relaxing, but after a few hours of it, I’ve had enough:) It’s kind of sad how everything is so dependent on the internet, but without it, I wouldn’t be able to do my job… As for dreams, my most ridiculous ones usually revolve around food. I just can’t escape! Your mini cheesecakes are absolutely perfect and I love how you used the box to display one:) Thanks for sharing, Taylor!
Taylor Kiser says
Haha! YES! I love it for..for about 2 seconds. But, you’re right, it IS sad…but required for work!
Thank you so much Heather, happy Thursday!

No internet is definitely a nightmare, especially for a blogger!! I feel Iike I always have random, weird dreams! When I was really young, I used to have scary dreams about Ivan Ooze from the Power Rangers movie. I though he lived in my closet… I was very terrified 5 year old! If only I had these delicious treats for those nightmares! These look delicious and I love that they are essentially guilt-free! Yum!
Taylor Kiser says
Haha! That is such a funny dream! Dreams really are so weird hey?!
Thanks Kelly! 😀
