Add a little zing to everyone’s favorite side with this zesty and delicious Fries Seasoning.

We all love fries—Americans alone consume over four BILLION pounds of them every year! But let’s face it, plain fries can get a little boring. That’s where this flavorful fries seasoning comes in to shake things up.
Last summer, when we hosted a get-together at our new house, I wanted to make an impression. It was our first outdoor party, our first time meeting the neighbors, and our first chance to fire up the new grill. Regular fries just wouldn’t cut it. So, I whipped up a simple yet zesty seasoning mix, and the result? AMAZING seasoned fries that were the star of the party.
You’ll love this fries seasoning because it transforms an everyday favorite into something exciting and delicious. Best of all, you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry: onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, parsley, cayenne (optional), salt, and pepper. With this simple blend, bland fries will be a thing of the past!
Is This Fries Seasoning Healthy?
Compared to store-bought seasoning, which can have excessive amounts of salt and even sugar or artificial ingredients, this seasoning is definitely a much better option. The great thing is that you can also tweak it however you like, which means you can omit the salt if you’re watching your sodium intake.

Seasoning More Than Just Fries
We can’t argue with the fact that this seasoning mix gives fries a deliciously gourmet touch. But did you know it can also be used to enhance a wide variety of dishes? Sprinkle it on baked potatoes, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, and pretty much any potato dish you can think of! It’s also great with roasted vegetables or stirred through hot rice with a knob of butter. You can even use it as a dry rub or mix it with oil, lemon, and mustard to create a flavorful marinade.

How To Make Ahead And Store
The mix can be stored in a dry, cool place for up to 1 year. Do not store the mix in the fridge, as the humidity will encourage clumping and spoilage.

Serving Suggestions
Don’t limit yourself to ordinary fries when using this flavorful mix! Sprinkle it on Zucchini Fries, Butternut Squash Fries, Air-Fryer Carrot Fries, and even Parsnip Fries. No matter what kind of fries you’re making, this mix will take them to the max!
