Hello from the land of boxes, styrofoam peanuts and BUBBLE WRAP.
Capitals to emphasize my bubble wrap love. It makes moving SO WORTH IT.
Anyway.
Due to the busyness that is moving and travelling (I just got back!) I have had about negative eleventy billion years to shoot the next workout video for ya’ll (BUT IT WILL HAPPEN EVENTUALLY!)

Okay. Done. All of them…in 20-minutes. Kidding aside, wow this is a list of calorie burners! I was tired after I read the first description. HIIT and Tabata have to be two of the hardest methods of training I’ve ever experienced. I am going out on a limb here and suggest anyone who decides to roll up their sleeves on these challenging workouts… take a day between these workouts and lift some heavy (for you) weights. Your CNS will thank you for it.

Thanks Adam! They were never meant to be done back to back.

No, of course not. I just meant as a consideration for structure. We’ve ben getting great results by mixing these type of high-intensity workouts with more serious lifting, especially for older adults. We have 70 and 80-year-olds finding new strength at a time most of their friends are slowing down. It’s great! Thanks for the reply!
