You know what I am?
A small liar.
I was going to say a big liar, but then I would be telling you 2 lies in one post and then you guys would hate me forever.
So, you wanna know what I lied about?
Remember when we talked about marshmallow treats and how nice it was to talk to you without being surrounded by boxes?
Well…guess who is surrounded by boxes. Again.
YEP. WE’RE MOVING AGAIN. I mean, we’re really only moving to a different apartment in the same complex that is just across the parking lot, BUT we still have to re-pack EVERYTHING that we just packed and move it.
Now I am still wondering where I am going to put my forks.
I could tell you why we’re moving. But then you would judge me for eternity. Hint: It has something to do with being surrounded by trees and having fail lighting situations.
You’re judging me. I can sense it.
HOW-EV-ER, we get to move into the brand new part of the complex that is SUPA swanky and has an even BIGGER and more modern kitchen. There will be pictures. One day. Maybe. If we stay in the same apartment long enough to actually, you know, live there and stuff.
Mr. FFF is less than thrilled. Partially because he thinks it’s silly to move because of lighting (he doesn’t get it) and partially because it means another week of no cable, which means NO football for him.
END.OF.THE.WORLD. For him. Not for me.
Maybe I secretly only moved so that I could have one more football-free week? WHO KNOWS.
So you know how I made him not hate me anymore?
I ran around the living room, throwing a football to myself and let him watch like it was his own personal TV channel.
I could be lying about that too though.
What I can confirm, however, is that I did make him some game day food on the day of possible-football-game-recreation. There were buffalo chicken egg muffins, vegan buffalo patties and buffalo chicken meatballs with zucchini noodles. Does it get any more “game day-esque” than buffalo chicken?
Especially because, as I’ve told you a plethora (BIG WORD) of times, the huberskerdoodle LOVES his breakfasts. AND, now that he doesn’t work graveyards anymore, I can actually make them for him.
Even though he still wants Cheerios ¾ of the time.
Sidenote: That’s how I ask him to judge a recipe: “On a scale of 1 to Cheerios, how good is this?”
And, you know what, he picked this hash over a cereal filled bowl. SUCCESS.
