Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups Medjool dates
  • 1 cup puffed brown rice
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Place the almonds and pumpkin seeds into the bowl of a food processor and blend until they form a coarse crumb.

  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until it all forms a sticky coarse mixture.

  • Use your hands to divide the mix into 20 equal portions. Squeeze the portions together and then roll them into neat balls.
