Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups Medjool dates
- 1 cup puffed brown rice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Place the almonds and pumpkin seeds into the bowl of a food processor and blend until they form a coarse crumb.

- Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until it all forms a sticky coarse mixture.

- Use your hands to divide the mix into 20 equal portions. Squeeze the portions together and then roll them into neat balls.
