Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup yellow onion finely chopped
  • cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
