Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 head green cabbage cored and sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
