Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts (7 to 8 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place chicken breasts skin-side up on a rimmed baking sheet. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil and season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

- Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through, about 25 to 30 minutes. Check the internal temperature in the thickest part of the chicken to ensure it reaches 165℉.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before carving and serving.
