An Air-Fryer Omelet with spinach and red bell pepper, served with toast and sliced avocado.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cheese shredded
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

  • Stir in the bell peppers, spinach, and cheese into the egg mixture.

  • Spray a small, air fryer-safe pan with nonstick cooking spray, and pour the egg mixture into the pan.

  • Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the omelet is cooked through and fluffy. Run a butter knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the omelet, then flip the pan upside-down onto a plate. Serve immediately.
