Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup bell peppers diced
- 1/4 cup spinach chopped
- 1/4 cup low-fat cheese shredded
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

- Stir in the bell peppers, spinach, and cheese into the egg mixture.

- Spray a small, air fryer-safe pan with nonstick cooking spray, and pour the egg mixture into the pan.

- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the omelet is cooked through and fluffy. Run a butter knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the omelet, then flip the pan upside-down onto a plate. Serve immediately.
