- 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Pita bread or fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and sea salt. Gradually add half the olive oil. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust salt as needed.

- Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes and chopped fresh parsley. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables for dipping.
