Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Pita bread or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and sea salt. Gradually add half the olive oil. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust salt as needed.
