Ingredients
- 1 large lime cut into 8 segments
- 20 mint leaves
- 2 ounces simple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup watermelon diced
- 3 ounces white rum
- Club soda to top it off
- Ice for servings
Instructions
- Divide the lime segments and mint leaves between two highball glasses. Use a muddler to muddle until the limes and mint break down and release their flavors.

- Divide the syrup and watermelon between both glasses and muddle again.

- Divide the rum between both glasses, add a few ice cubes and top if off with the club soda. Stir and sip!
