Watermelon Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint finely chopped
  • 5 cups watermelon cubed (and de-seeded, if necessary)
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint to create the dressing. Set aside.

  • In a large bowl, combine cubed watermelon, halved strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
