Vegan Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shallots minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped dill pickles, chopped fresh dill, minced shallots, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
