Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond butter optional
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, almond butter and chia seeds (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.

- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

- Taste the shake and add more almond milk or ice if needed to achieve your desired consistency.

- Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately.
