Vanilla Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter optional
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, almond butter and chia seeds (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.

  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
