Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around a pre-soaked wooden skewer and place it on a plate. Repeat with remaining bacon.

- Drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the bacon skewers.

- Now add a little black pepper on top. If you like it more spicy, you can use more.

- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put as many skewers on the tray as will fit without overcrowding. Cook for 15 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through the cooking time. Repeat with remaining skewers.

- Enjoy the bacon directly from the skewer or de-skewer it.
