Ingredients
- 1 can tuna (5oz), drained
- 2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons celery diced
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle diced
- 1 large egg hard-boiled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons red onion diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- Lettuce or toasted sourdough for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.

- Stir in the mayo until well mixed.

- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well until fully combined.

- Serve on lettuce or bread and enjoy!
