Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced olives, diced bell peppers, pepperoni slices optional toppings

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Place the tortilla on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add any optional toppings as desired.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are crisp and golden brown. Start checking the pizza around the 8-minute mark.
