- 1 large English cucumber sliced into half-moons
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese cubed

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and cubed mozzarella cheese.

- In a small bowl, whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic to create the dressing. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
