Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • Jalapeño slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar until well combined. Set aside.
