Ingredients

  • 8 ounces unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until creamy. Blend in the vanilla extract.
