Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 3 large eggs beaten

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Place cornstarch in a large zip-top bag, add chicken, and shake to coat.
