Ingredients
- 1 pound sugar snap peas trimmed and strings removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add sugar snap peas and garlic to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the peas are bright green and tender-crisp.

- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest before serving.
