- 1 16-ounce package sugar cookie dough refrigerated
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar plus more to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Assorted fresh fruit sliced for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray.
- Press the refrigerated sugar cookie dough into the pan evenly to create a smooth crust.

- Bake the crust until the edges are lightly golden, about 10-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your taste.

- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the completely cooled cookie crust.

- Arrange the sliced fresh fruit on top of the frosting.

- Refrigerate the fruit pizza for at least 30 minutes before serving.
