Ingredients
- 10 slices of brioche bread
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Unsalted butter as needed
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Fresh sliced strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add more powdered sugar to taste if desired.

- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over 5 slices of brioche bread. Top each with another slice to form sandwiches.

- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon.

- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides. Cook each side until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

- Top stuffed French toast with fresh strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
