Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Purée the strawberries in a blender until smooth.

- In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar.

- Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until it begins to thicken.

- Add the strawberry purée to the cream mixture and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
