Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or regular milk

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries and sugar in a small food processor and process until broken down and smooth.
  • Pour into a small saucepan and heat on medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture just starts to boil.
  • Once boiling, remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.
  • Divide between two cups and then divide the milk over top. Stir well and enjoy!
