Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Ice cubes
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Sift matcha powder into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy with a bamboo whisk or milk frother.

- In a blender, combine sliced strawberries and honey. Blend until smooth.

- Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the strawberry mixture, and then add almond milk.

- Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk. Stir slightly to create a swirl effect.
