Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach (10 oz each), thawed and well-drained
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into small, walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
