- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to your desired consistency using a fork or potato masher.

- Mix in the lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, salt, and cumin until well combined.

- Gently fold in the chopped cilantro. Adjust seasoning with additional salt, if necessary.
